Last year fires burned for months in Australia. This year the west coast of the United States is once again on fire. And few people have heard that fires are burning in the polar regions of Siberia where the ash falls on ice and further intensifies the melting and release of methane gas into the atmosphere. Sea level rise will displace millions and ocean acidification will destroy important life bearing ecosystems upon which we rely. The process of global warming is intensifying as hurricanes continue to occur in greater frequency with more devastating consequences. Climate change is real. We need strong government action and a mass movement to prevent a dire future for humanity. Vote for change in November.
